.......there is a running "class"/workout every Tuesday and Thursday night. It's held at the small track behind the YMCA on Mesa Dr. just south of University. You do not need a YMCA membership to participate (I don't have one). It starts at 7:00pm and lasts about an hour. Runners of all experience and ages come. The "coach" is a great motivator and has new/different workouts each time. Which makes it nice because you'd think running around a track would be boring and repetitive. But it's not.
I LOVE IT!!
And then stop coming if you don't like it.
But at least give it a try.
